I feel like I made a Captain Cook like
discovery. If you’re on a passage and
the sea is rolling the boat at a good agitating clip, you can fill the galley
sink with hot water and a liberal shot of dishwashing liquid. Toss your dirty dishes in and by the time you
anchor, your dishes have been cleaned automatically. No scrubbing required.
